Due to the nature of the use of the product, we don’t offer refunds or returns on personal care items. All sales are final. No Exceptions. Please see the warranty policy.

Warranty: This unit is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. 

Customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees.

Damage unit must be returned prior to receiving replacement unit.

Product Warranty Terms And Conditions

1. Purchasing any one or multiple combinations of our items constitutes an acceptance of these terms on the part of the buyer.
2. Warranty is 12 months only.
3. Customer has to communicate a problem to info@herbetterbody.com
4. A request for photographic and or video qualification of any breakage may be requested via email.
5. com reserve the right to replace parts at their discretion, taking into account the breakage or failure.
6. A partial refund will only be given in the case that items are discontinued and are no longer available but we will also use our discretion.
7. com reserves the right to replace faulty items with items of greater value and, or greater functionality.
8. Customers’ statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.
9. Buyer must pay for return shipping fees.

WARNINGS & DISCLAIMERS

HER BETTER BODY

WARNINGS, ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK. The following usage instructions and warnings are provided to purchasers and end-users of the Her Better Body Buttock Pump Home System (“Her Better Body”) and should be read carefully, and in full, prior to commencing use of the product. Any and all use of Her Better Body is at your own risk.

1. It is imperative that you consult your physician before using this product. If any of the following apply to you, a physician’s advice and consent is absolutely essential:
   • You are under the age of 18;
   • You are over the age of 60;
   • You are a pregnant woman;
   • You have preexisting health problems;
   • You have a bleeding or bruising disorder;
   • You have a skin irritation or open wound in the area where the product is to be used;
   • You are taking medication that may affect your use of the product; or
   • You have had a previous injury of or have undergone a surgical procedure to the buttocks area.
   • People who have a medical history of blood clotting or irregular blood pressure are advised not to use the system.
2. Risk of injury can be lessened when safe techniques and common sense are practiced, this includes discontinuing the use of the product immediately in the event you feel any pain, discomfort, or bruising.
3. In the event the product is damage or missing any component, its use should be immediately discontinued.
4. Her Better Body may be cleaned with mild, soapy water and dried with a clean cloth. Harsh cleaning detergents and chemicals should be avoided. The product is not dishwasher safe.
5. Her Better Body should be stored in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.
6. Use only as described. Her Better Body will not be responsible for any injury caused by the use of Her Better Body in any way, shape, form, or fashion other than as instructed.
7. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A CHILD TOY. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS AS SMALL PARTS MAY DETACH AND CAUSE A suffocation HAZARD.
8. Her Better Body is a vacuum therapy product. It is not intended to be used as a medical device or in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease nor is it intended to affect the structure or any function of the body. Any claims and statements related to Her Better Body have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration.
